Bharti Airtel Declares Final Dividend for FY 2024-25

The company said that it will give a final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The company has set July 18, 2025, as the date to check who owns shares and will get the dividend. This shows that Airtel is trying to share its profits with investors and that the company did well during the year. People who own its shares on that date will get the dividend, after it is approved in the upcoming annual meeting.

Bharti Airtel Declares Final Dividend; Record Date Set for July 18

Bharti Airtel’s share price went up by more than 1% on Monday after the company announced the date to check who will receive its earlier announced dividend. The share price increased by up to 1.49%, reaching ₹1,869.70 on the BSE.

The telecom company had announced this final dividend while sharing its financial results for the fourth quarter and the full year 2024-25. As decided by the board, shareholders will receive ₹16 for each fully paid share with a face value of ₹5, and ₹4 for each partly paid share.

Eligibility to get the Bharti Airtel Dividend for FY 2024-25?

Bharti Airtel said in a report on June 16 that the shareholders can check on July 18, 2025, who will get the final dividend for FY25. The company also said that after the shareholders approve, the dividend will be paid within 30 days, after taxes are taken out, to those whose names are on the company’s or depository’s list at the end of that day.
